Les domaines viticoles : Le Sorgenti (Fattoria)
Edifié en 1585 comme pavillon de chasse de la famille Compiobbesi, la Fattoria Le Sorgenti se situe à Bagno a Ripoli (à quelques kilomètres de Florence).
Ce domaine de 50 ha, dont 16 de vignes, est géré par Gabriele Ferrari, propriétaire-viticulteur et son épouse, Elisabetta, qui ont repris la propriété en 1974. Les vignes et l'oliveraie se trouvent entre 200 et 400 m. d'altitude.
L'oenologue-consultant du domaine s'appelle Paolo Caciorgna (travaille en étroite colaboration avec Attilio Pagli).
