Commentaires	D’une intense couleur rubis. Le nez est immédiatement expressif, avec des notes de cerise, d’épices et des nuances de vanille. En bouche, il se montre élégant, particulièrement agréable avec une persistance marquée. La finale révèle une acidité plaisante, typique du Barbera.
Suggestion gourmande	A fine accompaniment with starters, first courses such as risotto with truffles, Piedmont steak tartare with truffles, roasted or braised red meats, game and medium-aged cheese.
