An unusual wine for this region, Cabernet Sauvignon pure. Yet the Accornero family still manages to craft a truly Piedmontese wine from this variety. Dark berries, an abundance of licorice, and subtle roasting aromas dominate the nose of this opaque, dark wine. On the palate, bursts of flavors explode. A great and unexpected wine!
