Vinification	Sélection de grappe, fermentation alcoolique et malolactique en ciment et cuves inox à température contrôlée, le vin repose ensuite pour un minimum de 12 mois en barriques françaises.
Notes de dégustation	Harmonieux et intense. Les tannins sont bien fondus et lin vin présente une belle fraîcheur au palais. Vin d'une très grande persistance.

Great complexity and recognizability: black cherry, berries, blackberry,
strawberry jam and redcurrant marry of hay, aromatic herbs and floral
notes.

Harmonious, intense, full and exquisitely soft. The freshness of the palate
meets the richness of the fruit and structure of the alcohol, resulting
in great persistence.

Selection of grapes, destemming, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation
partly in concrete tanks and partly in stainless steel at controlled
temperature with frequent pumping over. Aging in 25-55 HL French oak
barrels for 18 months following aging in bottle for at least 12 months.
