Vinification	Selection of grapes, destemming, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation partly in concrete tanks at controlled temperature and partly in wooden barrels with frequent pumping over and long maceration of the skins. Aging in 15 HL wooden barrels for 18 months and subsequent bottling
Elevage	Le vin repose ensuite pour 18 mois dans des barriques de 15 hl.
Notes de dégustation	Great complexity and elegance, with aromas ranging from tobacco to red fruits and rosehip, licorice and herbaceous notes.
