ruity and fresh, the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Col del Lupo is a traditional example among the three Valdobbiadene DOCG Proseccos from the estate. Its low sugar content enhances the citrus notes and highlights the persistent minerality of this Brut sparkling wine, produced using the Martinotti method.

Made from 100% Glera grapes, it comes from high-altitude vineyards located between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, hand-harvested in early September. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol. and a residual sugar level of 6 g/l, this wine displays a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.

Balanced in acidity and pleasant on the palate, it offers a fresh and elegant profile. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white flowers and acacia blossoms, along with fruity notes of citrus and green apple. On the palate, the perlage delights with its creamy and refined texture.

This wine should be stored vertically in a cool, dark place and served at a temperature of 6–8°C. Excellent as an aperitif, it reaches its full potential when paired with sushi, tempura, or fish-based starters.
