Notes de dégustation Deep ruby red colour. Intense and crisp with black cherry and red berries surrounded by a slight spicy sensation, it is full and richly juicy in the mouth, well supported by a characteristic tannic vein. Expansive and persistent aftertaste.

Commentaires Classic Dolcetto but with personality, characterised by evident floral and fruity notes. Ageing exclusively in steel gives it a pleasant crispness.
